A new development has emerged in the legal matter involving Los Angeles Lakers star Luka Dončić and his former fiancée, Anamaria Goltes.
According to court documents first obtained by TMZ, Goltes has requested to withdraw her petition seeking child support, stating that she hopes to resolve the matter “amicably and by a mutual agreement” in the best interests of their two children.
The filing comes months after Goltes initiated child support proceedings in Los Angeles. In her latest statement, she emphasized a desire to move forward cooperatively rather than continue the legal dispute. However, reports indicate the dismissal request has not yet been finalized because the filing is missing Dončić’s signature.
The former couple shares two daughters and has also been navigating custody matters, which are reportedly being handled in Slovenia. ESPN reports that those proceedings remain ongoing.
While the legal process continues, Goltes’ latest filing signals that both sides may be working toward a private resolution outside of court.
